I joined Instagram earlier this year, when I started the FMS Photo a day Challenge. Here is the link if you're interested in learning more, or want to join (http://fatmumslim.com.au/how-to-play/) Not only does this challenge me to try new things, and take new directions in my photography, it's also been lovely to be part of a larger community of photographers, many just amateurs like me, and learning from them as well.
One of the many things I've learned over time is the fun to be had in using different photo editing apps. I've been asked what different ones I like to use, so today I'm sharing my current top 3 favorites.
The Waterlogue app is one I only found out about a few weeks ago and it's been great fun learning to use it. It doesn't work well with all pictures, but I find it works great for still life and lanscape shots. This app is now available for Windows 10 as well. http://blog.waterlogueapp.com/

Another favorite app is the Fotorus/Pip camera app. Not only can you put your pictures in bottles, glasses and other such neat props, but the Fotorus part of the app also has a wide assortment of collages to choose from.
Another cool feature on this app is that you can set it for your location.
My latest app is the Rhonna Design (Magic) (and Collage) apps. Not only are there a variety of filters and frames to put your pictures through, but there are a wide variety of stickers, quotes and other designs that you can add to your pictures. And it's set up in such a way that you can move back and forth between the 3 apps. For example, if you edit your picture in the Magic app, you can then open it up in the Design app to add further details. New quotes, stickers and other details are being added on a regular basis. Although this is not a free app, it only costs a few dollars and comes with a wide variety of add-on's. New sticker packages that are added, for example the new Christmas options, are just over a $1. Well worth the money in my opinion, as I get a lot of use out of it.
